This one-off somatic group session invites you to explore your bodyâs wisdom in ways words canât capture. Somatic work isnât about fixing or strivingâitâs about being present with your body, your surroundings, the group, and whatâs alive within you right now.
Like the smell of rain after a long dry spell, somatics is something you need to experience. Itâs about pausing, feeling, and listeningâcoming home to yourself rather than trying to be what others expect.
This session is for anyone curious about:
Deepening connection with their body
Finding inner resources for clarity and resilience
Listening to their own wisdom in new ways
No experience neededâjust curiosity and openness.

Kids Yoga Age: 4 - 7, or 8 - 12 Year Olds or Looking for a fun, active, and mindful way to spend the school holidays?
Join us for Kids Yoga â a playful and relaxing experience designed for children aged 4-7 or 8-12.
There will be one session for each age group. Please ensure to book according to your child's age.
In this exciting 1-hour class, kids will:
đ§ââď¸ Learn fun yoga poses through games and storytelling đż Practice calming breathing techniques and mindfulness
đ¨ Get creative with yoga-inspired arts & crafts
đś Enjoy music, movement, and relaxation time
Our experienced and friendly instructor Linda will create a safe, supportive space where every child can stretch, breathe, and shine â no yoga experience needed!

Stepping into yoga for the first time is about so much more than stretching or touching your toes. Itâs about creating space in your body, calming your mind, and discovering what feels possible when you let go of expectations.
Over 4 weeks, weâll move gently, breathe deeply, and explore yogaâs wisdom in a way that feels supportive, inspiring, and fun. Each week has its own theme to help you grow on and off the mat. â¨
Whilst on your 4 week journey, you will recieve unlimited access to all of our classes to work out which times and styles work best for you.
