What will be covered in the Yoga session?
A series of poses will be taught to help strengthen your body whilst we work on your breathing to help calm your mind. Each pose will be linked to the flow of your breath.
Do you offer personal coaching?
Yes. One on one sessions are a great way to have your practice tailored to your specific needs in the comfort of your own home, favourite park or beach!
Is this suitable for a beginner?
Yes, this is a great class for a beginner as we work through cues for alignment and safety . There is also the option to join our 4 week beginners course to give you all the support and structure you need.
What can i expect in a class?
Each class will be planned differently to match the levels of the students that are there that day. Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga where your breath is linked with the flow of each pose. There will be moments where we pause and moments where we flow smoothly and rhythmically.
