Being fortunate in my early career to train with some of of the most innovative and ground breaking yoga teachers in Australia.
Now having moved to the Central Coast with my family in 2021 I wanted to offer the community of Toukley and surrounding areas yoga and meditation skills that they can make part of their regular routine, on or off the mat.
Whether you are an experienced practitioner or first time beginner there is something for everyone.
Theresa was the yoga instructor at my wellness centre in Western Sydney and also became my personal yoga teacher.
