Theresa Ball has 13 years of experience as a Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher. She is excited to place her experience and expertise in this 4 week yoga program, Foundations to yoga, to offer her community an opportunity to learn and grow using the tools that yoga offers us.
This short 4 week course will teach you the foundations that you need for any yoga setting. It will set you up to confidently walk into a yoga class knowing that you have the tools to roll out your mat, connect with your breath and allow your body to flow through your practice.
